Christopher Vasquez, CPA, is a partner in Aronson’s Construction & Real Estate Services Group. He joined Aronson in 2003 and has more than 15 years of industry experience.

Chris specializes in accounting, assurance, and tax services for the real estate and construction industries. He is driven to help his clients thrive and proactively respond to industry forecasts and trends. He works with a wide range of real estate businesses, including Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs), property owners, developers, and asset management companies. Additionally, he works with a broad cross-section of construction businesses, ranging from emerging contractors to nationally recognized construction firms.

Chris helps his clients manage the common and complex challenges facing the dynamic real estate and construction industries, including financing arrangements, business combinations, as well as equity structuring. In addition, he has performed cost certifications for submission to HUD and provides guidance and strategies on change order management from both the contractor’s and owner’s perspective.

Chris freely shares his industry knowledge as an author on Aronson’s blogs and has conducted presentations on the latest accounting trends to various sureties and bankers.
