ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS
Larry Prosen, Member, Cozen O'Connor Larry has an undergraduate degree in Architecture from the University of Maryland and a law degree from Catholic University. Larry is a highly experienced construction attorney and frequent lecturer.
Paul Stynchcomb, Principal, Vero Construction Consultants Corp. Paul graduated from Jacksonville University and has, since 1971, gained an extensive background as a project engineer and project manager and has been a testifying expert in the areas of project scheduling, delay analysis, loss of labor productivity and construction management. Paul is also a frequent lecturer and has published books and articles on many facets of construction impact claims.
