Join HITT Contracting and ASAMW as we walk through the 2025 Great Team Award Winning project on May 1, 2025. The tour will begin at 4:30pm and end around 5:30pm; we will be walking through a few of the amenity spaces (West Lobby, West Mezzanine and Level 2 amenity and gym as well viewing a model unit and making our way up to the penthouse for one of the best views in DC! After the tour we will head to a conference room in the building for drinks, snacks and networking.

There is street parking available and Anacostia metro down the street (about a 10 minute walk); plenty of parking is available at the metro as well.

A few things to know about the Bridge District:

• The Bridge District broke ground in August 2022 and are looking for a full completion of the building by June of 2025.
• There is a total of 757 units, inside of the 3 towers of the building (The Flower Tower, Forest Tower, and Water Tower schemes)
• It overlooks Anacostia park – one of the largest in Washington DC.
• The Bridge District is among the largest multifamily buildings in the world to pursue ILFI Zero Carbon certification and LEED platinum.
  
• Paul Elias with Redbrick, building owner, will be present.
