Communication is one of the most important skills a construction leader can develop—and one of the most difficult to master.

Whether you're addressing a safety concern, correcting a performance issue, managing a conflict, or coaching a team member toward better performance, the ability to provide clear, constructive feedback directly impacts project outcomes. Effective feedback isn't simply a people-management skill; it's a leadership tool that improves safety, strengthens accountability, protects profitability, and develops stronger teams.

Designed specifically for project managers, assistant project managers, foremen, superintendents, and emerging leaders, this interactive workshop will provide practical tools for navigating difficult conversations with confidence. Participants will learn how to deliver feedback that is timely, specific, focused on impact rather than personality, and balanced between recognizing strengths and identifying opportunities for improvement.
