A knowledgeable panel will dive deeply into the change order issues facing all members of the construction family. Subcontractors, General Contractors and Owners will become more aware of how to implement a change order process that ensures subcontractors are not unfairly forced to finance the construction of change orders. We hope all members/non-members of the GC and owner community will join members of ASAMW, DCHCA, NAWIC at this important forum to address the change order issue.
