Vaccine requirements are a large part of President Biden's recently unveiled "Path Out of the Pandemic" COVID-19 Action Plan. The mandate is a big step in the President's effort to move the country past the pandemic and the impact is being felt by both federal and private employers.

During our next Leadership and Management Roundtable on October 14, Lerch Early employment attorneys Marc Engel, Michael Neary, Julie Reddig, and Nicole Behrman will join Managing Partner Steve Robins to discuss what employers need to know about the action plan on issues ranging from long COVID-19 to compensation issues to the most effective ways to comply with the President's Executive Orders.
